Camp Kuzuma closes annually during the wet season from 1 December to 1 March

Rates Include

Accommodation, all meals (breakfast, lunch and a 3 course dinner), water, soft drinks, beers, ciders, mixers, and house wine, 2 shared activities per day (game drives), laundry (one bag of laundry per room, per stay), Chobe River cruise on arrival/departure day for full paying guests for accommodation bookings of +2 nights (note that this is dependent on arrival/departure times and routing; subject to a supplement for single travellers)

Imported and premium brand drinks, transfers, spa treatments (Spa treatments are to be pre-booked and subject to availability), activities not included

    CHILD POLICY
    • Children aged 7 – 17 years (Maximum 2 children) stay free of charge when sharing with 2 adults.
    • Children occupying their own chalet: children aged 7 – 12 years pay 50% of the adult rate, children aged 13 to 17 pay 75% of the adult rate.

TARIFF CHANGESAll tariffs quoted are subject to change, without prior notice, however fully paid bookings will be honoured
PAYMENTPayment can be made on receipt of invoice or 30 days before travelling. Extras may be settled directly at the lodge. We accept VISA/Mastercard credit cards.
CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Only written cancellations / amendments will be accepted
  • Kindly ensure that acknowledgments of cancellations/amendments are received by reservations. A reservation will be considered amended / cancelled only once reconfirmed by reservations to the Agent / client concerned.
  • Should a cancellation be received once a confirmed status is held, 20% of the contracted rate will be charged.
  • Cancellation within 8 – 4 weeks prior to date of travel will incur a 50% fee of the total cost of safari.
  • Cancellation within 4 – 2 weeks prior to date of travel will incur a 75% fee of total cost of safari.
  • Cancellation within 2 weeks of travel, as well as no shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the safari program and will be forfeited to include handling fees and liquidated damages.
